Pre-Conference Workshops
- For participants attending the pre-conference workshops, the front desk counter will be open from 08:30 hrs IST on 04 Oct 2023.
- The training / workshop timings are from 09:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs.
- Tea / Coffee / Snacks and Lunch are organized as part of the pre-conference workshops.
Change in Workshop
- Change in workshop selection will not be entertained after 15 Sep 2023.
Conference
- For participants attending the conference, the front desk counter will be open from 08:00 hrs IST on 06 Oct 2023.

Food Coupons
- We are planning to issue food Coupons along with the conference kit / ID card.
- Lost, misplaced, stolen, or forgotten coupons will incur a replacement fee of Rs. 2000/- (plus taxes) per coupon
